Two years into the Covid-19 pandemic, the world has been overcoming various hardship and adopting a new normal under pandemic disruptions. Looking ahead, given the recovery’s uncharted nature, a cloud of uncertainty over the city remains. Facing the prolonged pandemic together with its associated fiscal policy responses, accelerated international tensions, emerging awareness of sustainability and paradigm shift of work culture in the post-pandemic era, how should Hong Kong businesses mitigate uncertainty and harness own business strengths?
